Members of the class of 2021

Rising to the many challenges presented during their final two years of schooling, the OLMC Parramatta Class of 2021 achieved outstanding HSC results, demonstrating their strength and resilience as a cohort.

• OLMC ranked 99 in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Top 100 Schools List

• Six OLMC students were named on the All-Rounders List (this features students who achieved the highest band in at least 10 units)

• First in State in Croatian Continuers

• Three students have been short-listed for Creative Arts HSC Exhibitions

• 55 students were named on the Distinguished Achievers List (those who scored 90 marks or higher – Band 6 or E4).

Principal Ms Lucie Farrugia said the College is incredibly proud of the cohort’s achievements; “Their persistence and resilience, in another challenging year, has truly paid off and they are most deserving of the accolades which will come their way. I am thrilled to celebrate their achievements and look forward to seeing where the future takes them. Their Mercy Education has put them in good stead for what lies ahead, and I am so proud to see them go out into the world as courageous advocates with limitless possibilities.”

Mercy Girl Marta Abicic was one of the College’s top achievers, placing First in the State in Croatian Continuers and achieving the College’s top ATAR of 98.90. Marta was thrilled with her results and is looking forward to the opportunities ahead; “I am so excited for the future, and I can’t wait to see how the skills I learnt at OLMC will translate into the university environment.”
